Prayer in CRP(MD). 543/ 2019 :

Pleased to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 02.03.2019 pssed in IA No.3 of 2019 in O.S.No.140 of 2016 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tirumangalam, Madurai District and allow this CRP.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SAMUEL GUNASINGH, Advocate for the petitioner in CRP(MD). 542/ 2019 and MR.R.NIRESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in CRP(MD). 543/ 2019 and of MR.M.KASIMAYAN, Advocate (For Caveator) on behalf of the Respondents in both the respondents, the court made the following order:- When the matter was twice represented by the learned counsel for the respondents by expressing his readiness to argue the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners got adjournment and hence, the respondents were put to lot of in-convenience.
