Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The case of the prosecution is that the land in question belongs to Ramar the defacto complainant. The first accused had impersonated as Ramar and has given power of attorney in his own name with which he had sold the property of the defacto complainant to the second accused. The petitioner herein has singed as a witness in the power of attorney. In view of the fact that for recovery of power of attorney deed and to conduct investigation custodial interrogation is required, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
