PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the impugned summon in Na.Ka.No.A1/2354/2020 dated 01.02.2021 on the file of the Respondent and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners alone.

Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that this petition is filed questioning the summon that was issued under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. The proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., is valid only for one year and hence, the matter become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
