ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.10.2015 for appropriate action according to law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that both the petitioner and the defacto complainant have appeared before the 2nd respondent police and agreed to resolve their disputes before the appropriate forum and therefore, the complaint has been closed.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to serve RCS to the petitioner, if not already sent.
