Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Family Judge, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the hearing in HMOP No.146 of 2016 and GWOP No.10 of 2016 respectively on its file and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed.
ORDER: Civil Revision Petitions are coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:
By a common order dated 20.03.2019, while dismissing the above revisions, this Court imposed a cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within two weeks. Subsequently, time extension was sought for to pay the cost and this Court by order dated 28.06.2019 extended the time by one week. 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cost as ordered by this Court has been paid. In support of the same, he has filed a cost memo dated 05.07.2019 enclosing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ original receipt for payment of cost.
