This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order in C.No.04/SDOC/Mike/2020 dated 06.02.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to conduct ''Pathukavali Festival'' from 05.30 PM to 10.00 PM scheduled on 27.02.2020 to 29.02.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

WP(MD). No.3167 of 2020 2.Since, the Crl.OP(MD)No.3963 of 2020, seeking permission to quash the FIR in Crime No.38 of 2020, on the file of the third respondent police is allowed and the impugned FIR is quashed, by this Court as per order of this Court dated 07.03.2022. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
