This petition is filed to quash the criminal case in Crime No.260 of 2014 on the file of Thisaiyanvilai Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that already investigation in Crime No.260 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 27.03.2018.
