Seeking direction to the learned Additional District cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2024 on its file, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Additional District cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District, to complete the trial in C.C No.15 of 2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
