ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The issue pertains to taking the dead body of the petitioner's father through a particular route.

3.When the matter was taken up hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that following successful resolution of the issue during peace committee meeting, nothing survives for further adjudication. The learned Special Government Pleader also produces a copy of the communication dated 07.02.2023 send by the Tahsildar, Thirumayam. Since the objectors have waived their objections, there is no impediment for taking the dead body of the petitioner's father through the disputed route. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
