Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent,and No Appearance for the petitioner the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the revision petitioner. 2.The revision petitioner herein has not shown any interest in conducting the revision case.
