and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to work in the 3rd respondents office.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the impugned transfer order, dated 24.01.2024 has been recalled and the petitioner was allowed to continue to work in the same place, where he was worked earlier.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
