ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent dated 05.07.2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that both the petitioner and the defacto complainant have appeared before the 2nd respondent police and agreed to resolve their disputes before the appropriate forum and therefore, the complaint has been closed and the petitioner has also received the RCS Notice.
