Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 11.01.2023 in a time bound manner as against the order of the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 7194/Aa2/2020 dated 18.11.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 11.01.2023 in a time bound manner, preferred as against the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 7194/Aa2/2020, dated 18.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent against the order of the second respondent dated 18.11.2022. However, the same is yet to be disposed. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 11.01.2023 preferred by the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
