For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties in pursuance to the order dated 28.01.2020 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.1339 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.1339 of 2020, dated 28/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.1660 of 2020 this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
