PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate police Protection to the petitioner, her husband and his family members on the basis of the petitioner s representations dated 12.02.2020 and 13.02.2020.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate police Protection to the petitioner, her husband and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 12.02.2020 and 13.02.2020.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner against her father/the third respondent enquiry was conducted and during enquiry it was found that the petitioner had married one Selvakumar against the wishes of the third respondent and the third respondent during the enquiry had informed that he will not interfere with the life of the petitioner and thereby the enquiry was conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
