RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revision against conviction passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchenthur in C.C.No.78 of 2015 dated 24/05/2018 and the same was confirmed by the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District in C.A.No.59 of 2018 dated 21.11.2019 convicting the Respondent/ Accused.

Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.SR5038 of 2021:

To call for the records pertaining to the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, by convicting the Revision Petitioner in C.C.No.78 of 2015 dated 24/05/2018 and confirming the judgment by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District in C.A.No.59 of 2018 by an order dated 21.11.2019 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.R.A.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revision.

2.Both sides present.

3.Reasons stated in the petition are not satisfactory. Respondent has no serious objection.

CRL MP(MD) No.1768 of 2021 4.Hence, this Petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent on or before 15.04.2021.
