RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.2265 of 2022 dated 3/2/2022 and direct this petitioner to report before Radhapuram Police Station or Radhapuram Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARTHANAN P M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the Radhapuram Police Station instead of reporting before the Courtallam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2265 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

inclined to modify the condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Radhapuram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the other conditions shall stand remained unaltered.
