2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner and no petition enquiry is pending and the respondent police did not call for any enquiry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 20.11.2015 and 24.11.2015 one Mathavan, Inspector of Police came to the house of the petitioner and searched for him and also harassed the petitioner's parents.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions from one Mr.Kalimuthu Inspector of Police has denied the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Recording the above said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
