ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed to strike off the complaint in D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, which was initiated by the respondent herein against the in-laws, brother of the husband and husband under Sections 18(2), 20 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005.

2.The petitioners have contended that immediately after marriage, the couple has left for Mumbai and after one month the complainant returned from Mumbai and she continuously stayed in her parental home and hence, all the allegations in the complaint are false. Therefore, they prayed for quashing of the complaint as against the in-laws and brother of the husband. 3.However, I do not find any merits in the said prayer. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition in view of the serious allegations made against the revision petitioners. There are no merits in this civil revision petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is 2/4

closed. The appearance of the revision petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai is dispensed with, except on occasions when their appearance is compulsorily required. 22.02.2023 NCC :
