This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 04.02.2025 under Section 482 of BNSS, praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his 1/3

arrest in connection with the Crime No.175 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested and released on bail.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
