2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation of the case is completed and 161 Statement of the defacto complainant informs of the illicit relationship between the first petitioner and complainant's husband.
