RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.22977 of 2016 dated 05.12.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 14.12.16. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 14.12.16. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ also considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with

the condition regularly and considering the charges levelled against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 6.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
