Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19073 of 2022 dated 27.10.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 27.02.2023 and thereafter on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
