Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified and the petitioners shall report before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
