ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family by considering his representation dated 02.02.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent already initiated action Section 110 Cr.P.C., and the same is now pending before the Thasildar, Vilavancode. 3.In view of the above, the Thasildar, Vilavancode, if inclined to proceed further, is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and on receiving the summon, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Thasildar.
