ORDER

None appears for the petitioner. The 4th respondent has not been served.

2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner wants this Court to revoke the passport issued in favour of the fourth respondent. The passport was issued by the first respondent.

3. The first respondent is not within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Cause of action has not arisen here. The petitioner has to necessarily move the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka.

4. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.11.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
