Petition filed under section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in Crime No.77/2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court. This Court while partly allowing the criminal original petition had quashed the entire proceedings as regards petitioners 2 to 4 herein. It is now stated that it should actually read as petitioners 1 to 3.

2. The matter was listed yesterday, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side)appearing for the first respondent affirms that it was the fourth petitioner who was actually the warden. Therefore, the order dated 26.06.2014 is modified and the impugned First Information Report stands quashed as regards petitioners 1 to 3 are concerned.

3. This petition stands allowed accordingly.
