ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.253 of 2014 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.253 of 2014. He would further submit that investigation is almost completed and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.253 of 2014 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
