ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his application for issuance of natham house patta.
2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, with the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. The petitioner has made an application way back on 29.05.2023 to the 3rd respondent and again on 29.11.2024 seeking 2/5
natham house patta. Further, a representation was given on on 09.12.2024.
5.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioner's father is in possession of properties, the request of the petitioner has already been rejected through online mode.
6.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection passed by the authorities in the manner known to law. The respondents are directed to furnish the certified copy of the rejection order within a period of two weeks from today. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 07.02.2025 PNM 3/5
