O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioners to appear before the Court. Since the case is of the year 2013, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District is directed to complete the entire trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.
