ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SRINIVASARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners, while admitting the Second Appeal, the Court made the following order:- The Suit filed by the plaintiffs seeking declaration and injuction has been dismissed by the Courts below. Therefore, there is no executable decree. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to file appropriate petition.
