ORDER

Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta.

4. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has made an application as early as on 11.12.2024 and he has also paid the requisite fee as well.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.

6. Considering the limited prayer sought for, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the petitioner as well as the private parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No cost.
