ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2018.

2.Before the trial Court, the petitioner herein is the plaintiff and the respondent herein is the defendant. For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as per their rank before the trial Court.

3.The grievance of the plaintiff is that the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2018 was filed by him for recovery of money, in which the defendant appeared and also filed a written statement on 17.11.2018 and now the case was posted to 12.01.2019 for framing issues. Since the suit was filed in the year 2018, the plaintiff sought for early disposal of the case.

4.It is observed that the defendant filed the written statement on 17.11.2018 and after the filing of the written statement, the case was immediately posted for framing issues. Hence, the trial Court will frame issues and there need not be any direction as prayed by the petitioner herein/plaintiff.

5.However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi District is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 6.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
