O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC on the file of the first respondent as against these petitioners alone.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirunelveli and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.343 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Page No. 2 of 4

infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
