ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2011.

2.Before the trial Court, the petitioner herein is the plaintiff and the respondents herein are the defendants. For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as per their rank before the trial Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said suit was filed in the year 2011, but still the suit is pending for framing issues.

4.The petitioner has enclosed a copy of 'B' diary extract and in the 'B' diary, it is seen that the dates of hearing only were furnished, the status of the case has not been stated. 5.The petitioner contended that I.A.No.66 of 2013 was posted for orders by the trial Court but the petitioner is not in a position to explain about what are the other I.As., pending and whether the said I.A., has been disposed of or not. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 6.In the absence of any particulars regarding the status of the case, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

However, considering the age of the plaintiff ie., 74 years old, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible. 7.This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
