J.Jeyabharathi ..Respondent PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in M.C.No.43 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, Tiruchirapalli District and quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioners herein on the basis of the petition filed by the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioners to appear before the Court. Since the case is of the year 2015, the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, Tiruchirapalli District is directed to complete the entire trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With these directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.
