[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the third respondent to take necessary action to remove the encroachment made in S.F.No.665 of Gopalapuram Hamlet, Koduvilarpatty Village, Theni District, which is a Government land i.e., State Highways land.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the encroachment has been removed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed.
