The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2, would submit that based on the complaint of the third Respondent, CSR.No.30 of 2024 was registered. On enquiry, it was found that the subject matter of the complaint involved civil dispute. Therefore, both the Petitioner and the Complainant were directed to approach the Civil Court and CSR.No.30 of 2024 was closed.
