This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2054 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026, that the paragraph No.9(b), shall be replaced as under:

"[b] the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday i.e., on 28.03.2026 and 29.03.2026 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners are directed not to interfere in the disputed property until the suit is over; "

3. The time for executing sureties granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2054 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026, is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/3
