2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2263 of 2021, dated 15.02.2021, investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, shall process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules, since the final report has been filed as early as in the year 2022.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
