Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order of transfer passed by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.O1/1235/2020-8, dated 03.02.2021 followed with the impugned order of transfer passed by the 2ND respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/46151/2019 dated 10.02.2021 and quash the same as ultravirus and unconstitutional.

O R D E R

The order dated 03.02.2021 transferring the petitioner from the Government Adi-Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Valasai, Tenkasi District to the Government Adi-Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Thulkarpatti, Tirunelveli District, is put under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the impugned transfer order dated 03.02.2021 has been recalled by the respondents and the petitioner herein has permitted to serve under his original school, namely, Government Adi-Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Valasai, Tenkasi District.

3.In view of the same, the prayer seeking for quash the transfer order has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
