Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR.T., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.752 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
