O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed as against the closure report filed by the respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had lodged a complaint in Crl.M.P.No.20077 of 2023, seeking a direction under Section 506(3) of Cr.P.C. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy, by order dated 06.07.2023 directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and to pass an order based on the petitioner's complaint. The respondent police by impugned order dated 08.02.2024 had closed the complaint of the petitioner as a false complainant. 3.The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, enabling the petitioner to file a protest petition. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. The concerned Judicial 2/4

Magistrate shall consider the same and take a decision either by ordering for a further investigation or by permitting the petitioner to file a private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.cC.
