ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in CC No.1077/2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, out of ten witnesses, eight witnesses had already been examined.
3. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that eight witnesses had already been examined, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, is directed to complete the trial 2/4
and dispose of the case, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
