ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.14681 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur.

2. Mr.S.Gokulraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not able to arrange the surety in time and hence, he was not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 07.03.2025 in respect of the petitioner alone to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14681 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024. sd/- 17/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
