Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same, with regard to the petitioner.

Side) C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.51 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the charge sheet yet to be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Criminal Original Petitions and the firist respondent is directed to file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are dismissed with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
