ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Crime No.28 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.28 of 2023 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor, in C.C.No.165 of 2023. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, provided if they are having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
