This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.287 of 2012 dated 12.12.2012 on the file of the Scholavanthan Police Station, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 15.03.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, but sofar, case was not taken on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, is directed to verify if already charge sheet has been filed, then he has to take the case on file, without further delay.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
