This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to reopen the case for further investigation in Crime No.207 of 2013 and to file final report.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.207 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 07.11.2013 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
