2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.3085 of 2020 attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner has caused grievous injury to the victim using a knife. The fact that the victim has been discharged from the Hospital is not a ground to take a different view. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
